The donut tension knob makes adjustments effortless, and the 60 teeth thin out heavy coats beautifully without leaving harsh lines. I've used it on my golden retriever and the Japanese steel glides through his thick fur like butter.

The adjustable donut tension knob is a lifesaver when I'm switching between a thick double coat and a lighter undercoat on my lab. The 60 teeth blend out my scissor lines smoothly, and the Japanese steel hasn't dulled after several full grooms.

Finally got these for my golden retriever’s heavy undercoat and the adjustable donut tension knob made blending through matted spots so much easier. The 60 teeth glide smoothly without pulling, and they feel well-balanced in hand.
